Job summary

Conduent is hiring a Mailroom Processing Associate for on-site work in far west El Paso, TX. The role pays $15 per hour and includes full benefits starting day one. Training is required for 2–3 weeks with a Monday–Friday schedule, followed by production shifts that include Saturdays.

Applicants should be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Experience with Word and Excel plus data entry is helpful.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Trainings are mandatory and attendance is critical.
• Training lasts 2–3 weeks, Mon-Fri, 8:00am–5:30pm.
• After training, all employees work Saturdays.
• Work hours may be 7:00 am–5:30 pm with a day off during the week.
• Receive, open, and sort mail documents for processing.
• Create and sort scanned images and archives.
• Identify documents and follow processing procedures.
