Paid training is provided, and benefits begin on Day 1. You will perform data entry, sort mail, operate mailroom equipment, lift up to 20 lbs, and uphold a strict clean desk policy while meeting productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• Comfortable with a strict clean desk policy.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and sit for prolonged periods.
• Office/workspace environment experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and navigate computer systems as required.
• Process, sort, and handle incoming/outgoing mail.
• Maintain compliance with clean desk policy at all times.
• Operate standard office and mailroom equipment.
• Accurately complete repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
• Lift and carry mail trays/boxes weighing up to 20 lbs as needed.
• Maintain productivity and meet performance goals.
• Support general office and production tasks.
