Conduent is hiring a Mailroom Processing Associate in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time onsite role includes data entry, mail processing, document scanning, and quality control responsibilities. You will operate standard mailroom equipment and adhere to a strict clean desk policy. Paid training and comprehensive benefits start on Day One.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 20 lbs, and availability to work Monday through Saturday starting at 7:30 am. X

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable adhering to a strict clean desk policy.
• Must clear required criminal background check and drug screening.
• GED or high school diploma required; 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry tasks and navigate computer systems as required.
• Scan documents and complete Quality Control.
• Process, sort, and handle incoming/outgoing mail.
• Maintain compliance with the required clean desk policy.
• Operate standard office and mailroom equipment.
• Accurately complete repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Lift and carry mail trays or boxes weighing up to 10–20 lbs as needed.
• Maintain productivity and performance goals.
• Support general office and production tasks assigned.
