Qualifications

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong typing and keyboard skills.
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Willingness to learn mail-processing and scanning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate mail-sorting machinery and process outgoing bulk mail.
• Sort, stack, and prepare mail per postal standards and deadlines.
• Prepare mail trays, band pallets, and shrink-wrap for transit.
• Safely move materials with a pallet jack and keep work areas organized.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues to keep operations running.
• Cross-train on automated document-processing tasks and scanning equipment.
