As a Machine Operator, you will set up, run, and monitor equipment to produce high-quality work while keeping production on pace. You'll play a key role to the team by supporting utility helpers, keeping operations flowing, and stepping in to troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise. The Fine Print: What You Need to Succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality workAbility to lift at least 50 lbs and perform pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping, and standing activities for the entirety of the shift
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix basic mechanical issues

Your Production Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Overtime available
