Modern Litho, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Bindery Associate to join our commercial team in Jefferson City, MO. You will handle finishing tasks such as collating, stitching, punching, coiling, cutting, gluing, and packing printed materials.

This role requires careful attention to the job tickets and adherence to procedures. You will operate small bindery equipment, record time and materials in our computer system, and perform basic machine upkeep.

Qualifications

• Must pay close attention to detail and follow defined procedures.
• Must be able to read and understand a job ticket.
• Requires strong attendance and good work ethic.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Ability to work overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our commercial bindery team, which plays a critical role in the final stages of the printing process by assembling and finishing printed materials into their final, customer-ready form. This position requires strong attention to detail, patience, and a commitment to following well-defined procedures to produce high-quality, error-free results. The work is steady, clearly outlined, and best suited for someone who thrives in a structured, independent, and professional environment.

From Setup to Finish: Your Role in the Process

Your Production Schedule:

• 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday
