The Fulfillment Center Associate role is onsite in Madison, WI, handling mail processing, scanning, shipping, and mail distribution five days a week. The position offers a range of benefits and a competitive salary based on experience.

The full salary grade ranges from $34,100 to $48,200, with typical hiring salaries between $34,100 and $42,210. Eligible employees receive a comprehensive rewards package and benefits.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Experience with mailroom or mailing operations preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing more than 50 pounds.

Mansioni

• Receive, sort, process, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and shipments.
• Scan claims, incoming mail, and other documents and route materials appropriately.
• Complete scheduled mail runs and process outgoing mail and customer/member mailings.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging materials and creating shipping labels.
