Compass Group USA’s ESFM division seeks a Mailroom Clerk at Qualcomm, San Diego, CA. The role handles mail, shipments, interoffice items, and records with attention to accuracy and customer service.

Hours are full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm. A High School diploma is required; preferred Dangerous Goods certificate and shipping software knowledge. Benefits include retirement, health programs, and more.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred Dangerous Goods shipping certificate (49 CFR & IATA).
• Preferred knowledge of domestic/international shipping guidelines.
• Experience using common carrier shipping software (UPS, DHL, FedEx).

Responsibilities

• Receives, sorts, and delivers mail and interoffice items with accuracy.
• Verifies shipments and prepares items for shipment.
• Tracks courier items and maintains records of inquiries and fulfillment.
• Packages and labels materials per courier requirements and SOPs.
• Monitors hazardous materials and follows client SOPs.
