Job summary

Conduent is seeking a Mailroom Associate in Lexington, KY, to open, unfold, and sort mail in accordance with SBU regulations. The role is largely seated and involves repetitive arm, wrist, and finger movements. Training typically lasts 4–6 weeks.

Full-time employment with a piece-rate component, a strong benefits package including 401K, and career growth opportunities are available. Must be 18+, eligible to work in the United States, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

Mailroom Associate
Location: 2432 Fortune Dr, Lexington Ky
Pay: $16.00 per hour training (piece rate in production)– which may be below your state's minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.
Schedule M-F 8:00 am until daily tasks are completed (Saturdays/OT possible)

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $26,000 - $33,250.
