Job summary

Conduent is seeking an Inbound Mailroom Team Lead at our Lexington, KY location. You will oversee a team of up to 30 staff in a fast-paced production environment, manage workloads, and ensure daily targets are met while maintaining accuracy in sorting, scanning, and processing claims.

The role requires strong leadership, Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 40lbs, pass a background check, and work Monday to Friday from 7:30am until completion of daily tasks.

Inbound Mailroom Team Lead

Location: 2432 Fortune Dr, Lexington KY

Pay: $17.00 per hour, which may be below your state’s minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am – completion of daily tasks

About the Inbound Mailroom Team Lead Role

Conduent is looking for an Inbound Mailroom Team Lead that thrives working in a fast-paced production environment with a willingness to learn and ability to oversee and manage a team of up to 30 people.

The Inbound Mailroom Team Lead handles a large volume of claims each day that need to be sorted, scanned, and processed. In this role you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team and work closely with the employees. You will assist with managing workload, ensuring targets are met in a timely fashion and assist the team in troubleshooting any issues.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $31,920 - $39,900.
