Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Notify USPS stakeholders of Mail Receptacle break-ins and coordinate upgrades or replacements.
• Monitor time to replace damaged mail receptacles and verify repairs.
• Monitor USPS Arrow Key accountability.
• Review mail theft crime reports and analyze data to identify risk areas.
• Triages recovered mail, contacts customers, and documents mail returns.
• Process evidence and support Victim Notification Services (VES).
• Assist in developing final work products for investigations.
