Job summary

RRD is seeking a production operator to manage automated mailing and binding equipment for magazines, catalogs, and pamphlets. You will review instructions, set up and adjust machinery, and maintain production records by customer and zip code.

Day-to-day tasks include processing and shipping parcels via UPS, FedEx, and DHL, with a Tuesday–Friday schedule 7 AM–5 PM. The role offers benefits and opportunities for overtime within a comprehensive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Familiar with routine operating procedures of equipment.
• Ability to maintain machine records and labels.
• Able to identify improper machine operation and adjust accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines that prepare and bind publications for mailing.
• Review instructions to determine publication type and size.
• Adjust guides, rollers, and weighing/tying equipment as needed.
• Record production details by customer and zip code; log machine downtime.
• Process and ship outgoing parcels (UPS, FedEx, DHL).
