Job summary

Scott Electric Company in Greensburg, PA is seeking a Full-time Mail Run Shuttle Driver for a 9:00 am–5:30 pm schedule with OT Mon-Fri. You’ll transfer material locally, verify shipments, load and unload, and ensure safe handling.

Qualifications

• Forklift/pallet jack operation is preferred, training available.

Responsibilities

• Transfer material to different locations locally around Greensburg
• Verify contents of packages to be shipped
• Load and unload truck
• Adjust daily routine as needed
• Securely shrink-wrap items
• Operate handling equipment per safety regs
• Load delivery truck
• Manage stock control and replenishment
• Perform general warehouse duties as necessary

South Main Trucking has a current opening at our Greensburg, PA branch for a Full-time Mail Run Shuttle Driver (9:00 am-5:30 pm + OT Mon-Fri).

Responsibilities:

• Transfer material to different locations locally around Greensburg
• Verifying the contents of packages to be shipped
• Loading and unloading truck
• Able to adjust daily routine, as needed
• Securely shrink-wrapping items
• Operate handling equipment according to industrial safety regulations
• Loading delivery truck
• Managing stock control, including item replenishment and storage
• Performing general warehouse duties as necessary

Requirements:

• 3 years of driving experience, clean driving record
• Regularly lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to pass a DOT physical
• Learn how to operate a forklift/pallet jack safely

Preferred:

• Forklift operation and general warehousing experience

Must submit to a background check and drug testing
