Job summary

Scott Electric Company is hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Manager at our Youngwood, PA location. You will oversee warehouse operations, manage inventory accuracy, and coordinate transfers between Greensburg and Buncher locations.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and meeting performance targets. The position requires supervisory experience, proficiency with warehouse software and MS Office, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems.
• Maintain records and use reports to project warehouse status.
• Identify improvements and implement new procedures.
• Assist with daily transfers between locations and deliveries as needed.

Scott Electric has a current opening at our Youngwood, PA branch for a Full-Time Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee's performance
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
• Ensure shipments' and inventory transactions' accuracy
• Communicate job expectations and coach employees
• Determine staffing levels and assign workload
• Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
• Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status
• Identify area of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
• Assists in the daily delivery of transfer material between Buncher and Greensburg locations.
• Assists with deliveries when necessary
