Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions in South Windsor, CT is seeking a Mail Processing Clerk to support daily mailing operations on the ACL. This full-time evening shift runs from 6pm to 6am, with an hourly rate of 18.75 and bonus eligibility.

You will sleeve and bundle trays, load pallets, operate a pallet jack, monitor quality, complete documentation, and resolve basic issues on the ACL while following safety rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a production environment and knowledge of postage rates.
• Experience in operation of material insert machines is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Sleeves and bundles trays, according to USPS and company standards, places them on pallets and shrink-wraps loads.
• Drives a pallet jack to move pallets and load into the trucks.
• Follow in-depth work instructions and keep work flowing at the optimal pace to match conditions.
• Monitors and is responsible for quality throughout each job; completes documentation.
• May research and resolve problems resulting from diverted tray and may perform simple repairs on the ACL.

We are currently hiring a Mail Processing Clerk for our South Windsor, CT location.****Basic Purpose:** Ensure daily operational work flow is met by moving the mailing trays along the Automated Container Line (ACL) and into trucks. Reports to supervisor.**Job Responsibilities:*** Sleeves and bundles trays, according to USPS and company standards, places them on pallets and shrink-wraps loads. Drives a pallet jack to move pallets and load into the trucks.* Ability to follow in-depth work instructions and keep work flowing at the optimal pace to match the conditions.* Monitors and is responsible for quality throughout each job. Completes all required documentation relevant to every job.
