Job summary

Conduent is seeking a reliable Mail Print Operator for the Erlanger, KY onsite operation (Mon–Fri, 7:00am–3:00pm). This role runs industrial-sized printers, batches printed materials, and prepares outputs for downstream processes in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to lift 25 lbs regularly, and comfortable with basic computer tasks. A strong attention to detail and adherence to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to lift 25+ pounds routinely.
• Basic computer skills.
• Comfortable with piece-rate compensation structure.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to clear criminal background and drug test
• Must be at least 18 yrs. of age.

Responsibilities

Mail Print Operator

Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Mail Print Operator to join our operations team. This role is responsible for running industrial-sized printers, organizing printed materials into batches, and preparing them for further processing. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $29,640-$37,050.
