University of Dayton seeks a full-time Mail/Package Handler & CSR to support Mailing Services and Central Receiving. The role includes distributing mail, packages, and special deliveries across campus and nearby buildings, with training for day-to-day Central Receiving duties as required.
Applicants should have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and experience driving a van or box truck. Forklift certification, ability to lift 40 pounds, and proficiency with Word/Excel are required.

This position is a combination of working in Mailing Services and Central Receiving. The primary area of responsibility is Mailing Services; however this position will be trained to assume responsibilities of the day to day operation of Central Receiving on an as needed basis. Mailing Services and Central Receiving ensures distribution of all mail, packages and special deliveries to the entire campus including off campus buildings and some apartment style student buildings.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The University does not provide work visa sponsorship for this position.
