• Counsel physicians and patients to ensure accurate delivery and adherence.
• Identify formulary issues and suggest substitutions to prescribers.
• Coordinate and supervise all CareSite Pharmacy activities and compliance with standards.
• Supervise and assist pharmacy technicians and ensure accuracy of their work.
• Discuss drug therapy with physicians and clinical staff.
