State Compensation Insurance Fund in Vacaville, CA, seeks a Mail Operations Technician to support mail and print services. The Mail and Print Services Department of State Compensation Insurance Fund has one opening for an Office Technician in the Vacaville Office. The Office Technician is an onsite essential position who will provide support to Local and Centralized Print and Mail Operations include but is not limited to receiving, sorting, delivery of mail, folding, stuffing and processing of let ters, printing letters and copy work.

Special Requirements
Effective July 1, 2025, the State of California implemented the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) which reduces an employee’s monthly salary in exchange for leave credits. Employees appointed to this classification will have their monthly salary reduced and will accrue hours of PLP 2025 on the first day of each pay period in accordance with the applicable bargaining contract.
