UPS in Windsor, CT seeks a Postal Operations Supervisor to oversee mail receiving, processing, sorting and shipping, ensuring USPS compliance and on-time delivery. You will supervise staff and contract personnel, train on-site teams, and coordinate with facility administration.

This position works in the UPS Mail Innovations Regional Processing Facility. He/She has key responsibilities in supervising operations related to mail receiving, processing, sorting and shipping operations, as well coordinating with facility administrative activities. This position make decisions based upon broad guidelines, practical experience and sound business judgments. He/She is responsible for supervision, training and/or development of facility operations employees and contract staff. This position evaluates problems involving multiple functional areas of mail operations and logistics, while striving to maintain customer retention through sound judgment and effective problem solving skills.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $65.940,00/year to $107.160,00/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
