Job summary

Sylvania District seeks a reliable driver to safely move food carts, mail and supplies across campuses. The role focuses on timely deliveries, adherence to district policies and maintaining confidentiality in a school environment.

Reports to the Director of Food Service; this is a DESPA union Class VIII-19 position with up to 5.0 hours per regular school day, Monday through Friday. Scheduling and responsibilities will be determined in coordination with the Director of Food Service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Chauffeur License required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Maintains confidentiality at all times.
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to following district guidelines and Board of Education policies.

Compensation

Per DESPA Union Contract – ClassVIII-19 position

Per DESPA Work Schedule

Up to 5.0 hours per regular school work day, Monday-Friday
