The Account Services, Mail Clerk II, is a vital member of the service operations team, responsible for managing daily inbound mail activities and ensuring timely distribution throughout the organization. This role includes processing return mail, executing scheduled mail runs, and supporting administrative tasks such as handling paid-in-full mailouts, scanning large files, processing FEDEX invoices, and generating daily reports. The Account Services, Mail Clerk II, plays a key role in maintaining workflow efficiency by adhering to established procedures and contributing to the overall success of the department.

Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive hand movements while sorting, processing, scanning, and distributing mail and documents. Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull mail trays, boxes, and office materials weighing up to 10 lbs. (pounds) and move throughout the facility to complete scheduled mail runs and related administrative tasks.

This position requires onsite work five (5) days per week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Schedule and reporting requirements may be subject to change based on business needs.
