Job summary

Moore Digital Print and Mail Center Tulsa is hiring an Entry to Mid-Level Warehouse Worker. The role includes operating forklifts and warehouse equipment on a rotating schedule (5am–5pm or 5pm–5am). Training hours are 8 am to 5:00 pm initially. Starting pay is $14 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to pass a comprehensive background check
• Experience in warehouse environment preferred but not required
• Must be able to lift/move materials and be physically capable for shift work

Responsibilities

• Operates delivery truck, Forklift, and other warehouse tools and equipment
• Receives, marks, stores, and distributes materials, equipment, books, furniture, and supplies
• Inspects incoming stock and packaging for conformance
• Loads and unloads trucks and delivery vehicles
• Picks up and delivers mail and supplies as assigned
• Maintains records of requisitions, shipping invoices, inventories and deliveries
• Assists in inventory reconciliations and warehouse cleanliness

Moore Digital Print and Mail Center Tulsa

is growing and seeking an Entry to Mid-Level Warehouse Worker. We currently have 1st and 2nd shift available. We are one of the nation's premier producers of direct marketing materials. If you have a good work ethic and are a curious learner, consider joining us!

Hours

5am-5pm or 5pm-5am with rotating shifts. Training hours will be 8 am to 5:00 pm for a couple of weeks.

Pay

Based on experience (minimum starting $14/Hr)

Schedule

Work 3 days off 4, then Work 4 days off 3.

Required Duties

• Operates delivery truck, Forklift, and other warehouse tools and equipment

• Receives, marks, stores, and distributes materials, equipment, books, furniture, foodstuffs, and
• Inspects incoming stock/materials for conformity to purchase orders and packing slips
• Reports undocumented orders of shipments, shortages, and/or damaged items and goods to appropriate authority
• Loads and unloads trucks and delivery vehicles
• Picks up and delivers mail, furniture, equipment, and supplies as assigned
• Assists in maintaining records of requisitions, shipping invoices, running inventories, purchase orders and deliveries related to warehouse tools and equipment
• Assists in the inventory of warehouse stock and inventory reconciliations
• Assists in maintaining warehouse and related tools and equipment in a clean, safe, and orderly condition
• Prepares and/or distributes incoming/outgoing mail; sorts, weighs, and stamps mail
• Wraps, packs, logs, and otherwise prepares parcels and goods for shipping

Desired Skills

• Forklift and Warehouse Experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic warehousing, storage, and distribution methods and procedures
• Knowledge of basic stock inventory procedures
• Ability to learn safety rules and regulations related to warehouse operations and equipment usage
• Ability to maintain accurate warehouse and inventory files and records as assigned
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment to include delivery vehicles and Forklift
• Ability to understand and follow both oral/written instructions
• Ability to read and write at a level required for successful job performance
• Ability to perform accurate arithmetic calculations using basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Ability to meet the physical requirements necessary to safely and effectively perform required duties
• Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with those contacted in the performance of required duties
