Prevailance, Inc. seeks a MAGTF Operations / Plans Analyst SME in Tampa, FL to provide expert planning and analysis across deliberate, crisis, and contingency operations. You will apply MCPP/MDMP knowledge, lead Operational Planning Teams (OPTs), and synchronize planning across staff sections.

The role requires 8–10 years’ experience with MCPP/MDMP, a Master’s degree, and Top Secret/SCI clearance. The position supports combatant command planning and produces FRAGOs, WARNOs, and related

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience applying MCPP, joint planning processes (MCPP/MDMP), and leading OPTs.
• Experience with the Joint Staff Global Force Management Process.
• Demonstrated understanding of USMC capabilities and CENTCOM AOR.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert planning and analysis support to Future Operations across deliberate, crisis, and contingency planning efforts.
• Lead Operational Planning Teams (OPTs) and facilitate synchronized planning across multiple staff sections.
• Support crisis action planning activities and assist in transitioning deliberate plans into executable orders.
• Analyze component equities, operational requirements, and force structure considerations to inform future operations planning.
• Produce FRAGOs, WARNOs, branch plans, and supporting operational documents in coordination with Plans and Current Operations.
• Maintain planning documentation, directives, information papers, and operational products in accordance with records management requirements.
• Participate in planning and future operations battle rhythm events and provide accurate meeting notes, action items, and required deliverables.
• Ensure planning products accurately reflect service capabilities, limitations, and sourcing considerations, particularly within the CENTCOM area of responsibility.
