Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 5 years supporting USSOCOM/SOF missions.
• Experience in SOF operations, global mission support, logistics, intelligence, communications, or training.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on SOF mission support and operational requirements.
• Develop strategic planning for SOF education and training.
• Maintain knowledge of current SOF doctrine and emerging tech.
• Support planning and execution of global services for SOF customers.
• Coordinate with international partners to leverage experience.
• Analyze operational needs and develop improvement solutions.
• Coordinate with government leadership, military personnel, contractors.
• Review policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with program management including schedules and risk mitigation.
• Develop reports and strategic recommendations for leadership.
• Oversee training programs and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Provide instruction and knowledge transfer to staff and customers.
• Identify emerging mission requirements and recommend improvements.
• Provide reach-back support for time-sensitive issues.
