Job summary

Noveon Magnetics Inc. is hiring a Machining Operator to diligently follow procedures and prep material for semi-automated machining. You will participate in growth and optimization of our processes on the production floor and support various tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow procedures and prep material for semi-automated machining.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn on the production floor.
• Good communication and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines to start a production cycle.
• Determine fixtures, attachments and tools and mount them before cutting.
• Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines.
• Bond magnetic components in various orientations to substrates.
• Inspect parts with precision measuring tools.
• Maintain machine production logs.
• Perform routine maintenance and keep a clean, safe workspace.
