Responsibilities

• Monitor the press operation to identify issues like uneven powder distribution or machine faults.
• Inspect pressed magnets for size, shape, and magnetic strength; adjust as needed.
• Identify and resolve machine issues such as jams or misaligned dies.
• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and inspect wear on components; report repairs.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished magnets; maintain production records.
