You will set up machines, attach fixtures and tools, feed material, and bond magnetic components while inspecting parts for quality. The role entails maintaining logs and supporting daily maintenance to sustain production efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with calipers, micrometers, indicators, setup blocks, and gauges preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret simple specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines to start a production cycle.
• Determine fixtures, attachments, and tools and mount them to the machine prior to cutting.
• Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines.
• Bond magnetic components in specified orientations to substrates.
• Inspect parts with precision measuring tools and check finished products for quality.
• Maintain machine production logs and assist with maintenance tasks.
• Uphold safety and cleanliness on the production floor.
• Other duties as assigned.
