Job summary

Niron Magnetics, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician to operate and monitor established manufacturing processes for advanced magnetic materials, with emphasis on safety, quality, and throughput.

You will work across powder handling, compaction, coating, inspection, and packaging, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic production environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in Engineering Technology, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and read technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to fabricate magnets for customers.
• Scale up experimental activity to volume production.
• Assist with equipment modification, setup, and qualification.
• Maintain clean work areas and documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering to improve processes.
• Perform RCCA root cause and corrective actions.
