Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum experience in magnetics R&D, preferably in industry or academia.
• Proficiency with magnetic material synthesis, characterization techniques, and data analysis.
• Experience with magnetic simulation software and related tools.
• Strong understanding of magnetization, hysteresis, and magnetic domains.

This role involves research, experimentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to create cutting-edge solutions for a variety of applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Research & Development: Conduct research to develop new magnetic materials and improve existing ones, focusing on performance, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Experimentation: Design and conduct experiments to test magnetic properties, analyze data, and interpret results to guide development processes.
• Innovation: Develop innovative solutions to complex problems in magnet technology, contributing to the advancement of our products and services.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and other scientists, to integrate magnetic materials into various applications.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed technical reports, research papers, and presentations to communicate findings and progress to stakeholders.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all research activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.

• Education: Ph.D. in Materials Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in magnetics research and development, preferably in an industrial or academic setting.
