Boston Medical Center (BMC) invites qualified registered nurses to join the Cardiac Catheterization Lab as MNAs. You will provide patient-centered care using a state-of-the-art lab and EP clinic, contributing to lifesaving procedures for heart conditions within a Magnet recognized organization.

The role emphasizes collaboration with interprofessional teams, adherence to nursing guidelines, and participation in quality improvement initiatives, with a 30-hour daytime schedule and on-call

Qualificações

• Nursing Diploma or higher; ASN/BSN preferred with BSN within 4 years.
• Current RN Massachusetts license with BLS and ACLS required.
• 3–5 years Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab experience; CCU experience preferred.
• Proficiency in procedural sedation and hemodynamic monitoring.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver nursing care in the Department, including assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, evaluating, and educating patients.
• Communicate with various health care team members, patients, and their families.
• Coordinate and delegate appropriate patient care activities to inter‑professional colleagues.
• Update and manage patient records.
• Enter and interpret computerized data/information.
• Follow guidelines and policies established by BMC's nursing organization.
• Assist the leadership team as needed in quality improvement projects.
