Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Magnet Program Manager for Aurora Sinai Medical Center in Milwaukee. This on-site role leads nursing governance, drives Magnet readiness, and partners with leaders to execute program plans and measurable improvements in nursing practice.

You will oversee data collection, reporting, and education to sustain Magnet Excellence, while mentoring Magnet Champions and coordinating across sites for governance standards.

Qualifications

• RN license in the practicing state.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or Health Care Administration.
• At least 5 years nursing experience with QI, EBP and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide magnet consultation to nursing governance at the site.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to formulate a project plan and ensure completion of the Magnet Recognition Program application and site visit within required timeframes.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to implement process improvements that enhance outcomes and evidence-based practices.
• Coordinate the collection of the NDNQI data and nurse-sensitive indicators and ensure timely reporting.
• Mentor and maintain expertise in Magnet standards and data requirements.
• Design education for Magnet standards and participate in Magnet consortiums.
• Provide leadership to site Magnet Champions and develop a budget for Magnet activities.
