Qualifications

• BSN degree required and active RN license in Illinois.
• National ANCC certification or eligible.
• 5–7 years of clinical nursing experience; 3–5 years in management.
• Experience in Magnet-designated organizations and writing preparation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Magnet application, designation and re-designation processes with system nursing leadership.
• Develop and implement Magnet standards and education plans.
• Support governance structures and collaboration with staff and physicians.
• Mentor staff and drive evidence-based practice and nursing excellence.
• Manage education needs assessment and annual Magnet program budget.
• Coordinate readiness activities for Magnet site visits and communications.
