Job summary

Children's World Child Development Center – Alamogordo, NM is seeking a passionate Preschool Lead Teacher / Curriculum Support Specialist to mentor teachers and deliver high-quality early childhood education for children ages 3–5.

You'll lead lesson planning, coach staff, ensure NM licensing compliance, maintain records, coordinate activities, and collaborate with leadership on quality improvement in a 5-Star FOCUS-rated program.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum planning and child development.
• Leadership ability with a passion for mentoring and teamwork.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Familiarity with New Mexico childcare regulations preferred.

Important Location Notice

This position is based in Alamogordo, New Mexico. Applicants must be currently local or have clear plans to relocate prior to the start date.
