Job summary

Atelier Arielle, a luxury bridal house in New York, seeks a full-time Luxury Bridal Sales Consultant to guide clients through the bridal consultation, welcome guests, and present made-to-order gown options.

You will manage appointments, assist with fittings alongside the design team, maintain showroom standards, track follow-ups, and ensure a seamless, high-touch buying experience from first contact to final gown delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-end or luxury retail preferred.
• Strong customer service and satisfaction focus.
• Excellent communication skills in-person and written.
• Experience with bridal, fashion, or made-to-order products is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in New York, NY including weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and organization; comfortable with scheduling and POS systems.
• Background in fashion or merchandising is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them through the bridal consultation.
• Understand clients’ style and preferences; present made-to-order gown options.
• Manage appointments and coordinate fittings with the design team.
• Provide detailed product information to support purchase decisions.
