Job summary

Luxe Brands is seeking a Bridal Stylist to deliver an exceptional, personalized shopping experience for brides-to-be. You will guide clients through gown selection, maintain expertise on designers, fabrics, fits, and alterations, and drive sales with a consultative approach.

The role offers a non-exempt hourly position with part- and full-time schedules, weekend availability, and opportunities for commission. Join our luxury bridal team and help brides feel confident and celebrated.

Qualifications

Full-shift availability on Saturdays and Sundays.
1+ year of customer service and sales experience in retail.
Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal English.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
Must have reliable transportation and the ability to report to the office by scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

Guide brides through the gown selection process with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Maintain expert-level knowledge of designers, fabrics, fits, and alterations.
Achieve personal and team sales goals through upselling and relationship-building.
Manage appointments and client communications effectively.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and boutique cleanliness.
Process transactions and assist with inventory management.
Represent the brand with integrity and positivity in all interactions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
