Job summary

David's Bridal in New York seeks a friendly, empathetic Stylist to deliver a 5-Star customer experience, assist brides and customers in finding the perfect gown, and contribute to store sales by following our 5-Step Selling Process.

As a brand ambassador, you will partner with Alterations, manage appointments, maintain presentation standards, and help achieve conversion and add-on targets while upholding our Dress Code and service commitments.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused retail experience preferred.
• Experience in apparel or specialty stores is a plus.
• Experience with POS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, empathetic customer service and manage customer flow.
• Assist customers in selecting gowns and accessories to fit preferences.
• Promote alterations and customization options with store team.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain store presentation standards.
