Qualifications

• Must demonstrate commitment to data accuracy and process improvement.
• Proficiency with SAP, Airtable, and PLM systems preferred; ability to learn multiple platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Own Purchase Order creation and management for Made to Measure orders from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with design teams to produce and launch store assets for sales impact.
• Analyze fabric data to inform assortment edits and seasonal planning.
• Coordinate with Italy Sourcing to meet deadlines and ensure quality.
• Maintain accuracy of product data across SAP, Airtable, PLM and other systems.
• Support development timelines by coordinating book launches and updating technical specs.
• Input, update, and finalize all aspects of Purchase Orders with pricing and delivery dates.
