Hallmark Management Service is seeking onsite food service staff to prepare and serve meals in our residential dining and catering operations. You will maintain cleanliness, assist cooks, and ensure accurate production records while following health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Background Check/Drug Screen is required.
• Must be able to work as part of a team.
• Occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Constant standing and walking.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves food according to our company recipes and presentation standards
• Accurately completes productions records
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace storing, labeling and rotating product according to our standards
• Supports Cooks & Bakers with component ingredients for company recipes as assigned
• Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in our commercial production kitchen
• Exhibits a customer comes first attitude
