Job summary

System One is seeking a MAC Systems Engineer for an opportunity in Overland Park, Kansas. This contract-to-hire role focuses on standardizing macOS configurations, applying security baselines, and building scalable lab environments.

You will implement IaC, enhance CI/CD pipelines for macOS development, and improve operational visibility across JAMF, security, and CI/CD platforms. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of enterprise macOS engineering, strong JAMF Pro experience, ABM/ADE, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise macOS engineering experience.
• Proficient with JAMF Pro (Policies, Smart Groups, Configuration Profiles).
• Experience with ABM and ADE.
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Proven experience building/managing CI/CD pipelines for macOS environments.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Intune for macOS.
• Experience integrating macOS with Entra ID/Azure AD and MDM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Standardize and document macOS configurations, policies, and security baselines.
• Implement IaC to enable secure, scalable macOS lab and endpoint environments.
• Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines for macOS development workflows.
• Improve operational visibility with dashboards, telemetry, and reporting across JAMF, security, and CI/CD.
• Support macOS identity modernization, including Entra ID, Platform SSO, MDM enrollment, and conditional access alignment.
• Enhance endpoint security posture through JAMF Protect optimization and SIEM/log integration.
