Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a senior macOS-focused engineer to design and implement detection techniques for the Falcon endpoint sensor.

You will research, prototype, and ship production-ready solutions in a small, distributed team, collaborating across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms. You will contribute to features from concept to release, work with Swift, C++, and Python, and apply secure coding practices to ensure fast, reliable performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software security experience.
• Experience with reverse engineering or malware analysis.
• Proficiency in Swift, C/C++, or Objective-C and security interest.
• Strong knowledge of macOS internals and APIs.
• Ability to deliver high-quality enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Design and build detection logic across teams to detect attackers and stop breaches.
• Research detection techniques including reverse engineering and big-data analysis.
• Own features from design to delivery for production deployment in the endpoint sensor.
• Extend codebase using Swift, C++, Python, and related DSLs.
• Apply secure coding, testing, debugging, performance, reviews, CI/CD, and OS internals.
