You’ll read blueprints and diagrams to meet close tolerances, perform basic machine programming, and help train junior operators. Requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years of CNC Mills machining experience.

New hires for this position typically start between $30.33 and $37.91 hourly, depending on factors such as work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions. While the full pay range is provided to support pay transparency, individual compensation will vary within the range based on these factors.

Performs complex series of progressive machining operations on diversified work to close tolerances. Read blueprints, drawings and diagrams to ensure customer specifications are met. Perform machine programming and train lower grade employees.
