Job summary

Lincoln Electric in Fort Loramie, OH is seeking a skilled machinist to join our precision manufacturing team. You will set up and operate standard machine shop equipment, read blueprints, and machine parts to print specifications while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires 2+ years of machinist experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to operate a forklift. You will work closely with Manufacturing and Management to meet targets and uphold Lincoln

• Some assembly of fixtures with Machinist assistance.
• Responsible for job targets/delivery.
• Inspect parts to assure conformance to specification.
• Assemble, inspect and load test parts and tools/fixtures.
• Efficiently plan and program machining operations.
• Read and understand blueprints, customer specifications, and internal documentation.
• Keep area clean and neat.
• Comply with all safety standards.
• Effectively communicate with Machine Shop Manager to ensure completion dates are met.
