i2Systems is hiring a Manual Machinist to support production by fabricating and reworking parts on manual equipment. You will set up and operate lathes, mills, drill presses, and grinders, interpret blueprints, and maintain tight tolerances in a safe, organized shop.
The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma (tech school a plus), and proficiency with precision measuring tools. Join a team focused on quality and continuous improvement.
The Manual Machinist is tasked with supporting production by modifying, reworking, and fabricating parts on manual equipment to meet print, fit, and function requirements. You’ll set up and operate drill presses, engine lathes, Bridgeport mills/ProtoTRAK, saws, and hand tools; interpret blueprints; hold tight tolerances; and maintain a clean, safe work area while collaborating closely with Production and Quality.
