Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, dismantle, and relocate industrial machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and determine root causes of equipment issues.
• Repair and replace bearings, shafts, couplings, belts, chains, seals, and other components.
• Align motors, pumps, and rotating equipment using precision tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and drawings.
• Conduct equipment inspections and document maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and LOTO procedures.
• Operate valves testing equipment and certify valve performance per specs.
