Qualifications

• 4+ years of overall machining experience, including 2+ years on manual lathes, milling machines, or CNC mills/lathes in industrial manufacturing or repair shop.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and GD&T.
• Proficiency with precision measurement equipment and blueprint reading.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual lathes, milling machines, and/or CNC equipment to produce high-precision parts within tight tolerances.
• Read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and GD&T.
• Use micrometers, dial indicators, depth gauges, and calipers to verify dimensions.
• Fabricate replacement components, modify parts, and assist with equipment repair and maintenance.
• Adhere to shop safety protocols and quality control standards.
