TEL Staffing is seeking a Machinist - Grinder to join our team in Fairhope, AL. The role requires machining and repair of various parts, reading blueprints, and precision grinding using micrometers and gauges. Safety and accuracy are essential.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of machinist experience, can operate mills, lathes, and grinders, and can log labor in company software while adhering to FAA safety and DOT requirements. Travel may be required.

Formación

• Three years of experience as a machinist required.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must pass a DOT FAA pre-employment drug screen and comply with FAA regulations.
• Position safety-sensitive per FAA regulations and ITAR/EAR restrictions.

Responsabilidades

• Machine and repair parts per overhaul manuals using grinders and various hand tools.
• Read blueprints to specifications and maintain tolerances to ±0.0005.
• Operate and maintain mills, lathes, grinders, and related tooling.
• Log labor and extract instructions from company software.
• Maintain PPE and safety procedures at all times.
• Travel as required and participate in safety training.
