Qualifications

• Associate degree in mechanics/electronics or die stamping required.
• Proficient in measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers and rulers.
• Bilingual communication in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate automatic and semi-automatic manufacturing machinery and perform adjustments for optimal performance.
• Monitor machine operation within procedures, specifications and safety/environmental regulations.
• Inspect materials, document production data, and coordinate and monitor material usage.
• Perform setup changes for code changes following manuals and product specs.
• Carry out routine preventive maintenance and keep the area clean, organized and safe.
• Collaborate with Automation, Process Engineering and Quality teams to identify process improvements.
