Position: Machinist - Full Time - Pasadena, TX, United States

We are looking for a Machinist to join our Services_AME team in the United States.

Your main tasks and responsibilities include:

• Perform layouts, set up, and operate conventional machine tools as required.
• Read and interpret all drawings, including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
• Design setup methods where none exist.
• Instruct other shop personnel on proper machining techniques.
• Continuously improve methods to deliver higher quality with better cost efficiency.

Qualifications and skills needed:

• Completion of a machinist apprentice program or equivalent training.
• Ability to hold close tolerances and conduct component inspections.
• Experience setting up machine tools such as ID/OD Grinders, Turret Lathe, Engine Lathe, Horizontal and Vertical Boring Mills, Radial Drill, and Planer Mill.
• At least four years of experience in machine shop operations.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.
