Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Machinist III to perform precise machining of graphite, silicon carbides, and other specialty materials. You will operate 4th/5th axis mills, live tooling lathes, grinders, and other equipment, following detailed blueprints and customer specs.

The role requires reading drawings, GD&T knowledge, and ability to adjust complex CNC code. ISO 9000/14000 environment experience is a plus. Shift options include multiple schedules to support production needs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong math and precision measurement skills; able to read blueprints.
Experience with a CMM a plus.
Advanced knowledge of machining methods required.
Ability to adjust complex code within programs.
Experience using programming software a plus.
Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
Attention to detail to ensure safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Follow blueprints, customer specs, and work instructions to complete tasks.
Operate precision tools, measuring equipment, and CNC equipment.
Run 4th/5th axis mills, live tooling lathes, grinders, bandsaws, and related machinery.
Complete machining tasks within customer jobs and adjust programs as needed.
Collaborate with programmers on new parts and fixture creation.
Create hand-typed CNC code and fixturing adjustments.
Adhere to safety protocols and SOPs; maintain clean, safe workspace.
Work shifts as required to meet production needs.
